What’s the Daal? Discussing South Asian Food and its Benefits

Rabiya Bower, RD, LDN will be doing a virtual live cooking demonstration on May 18th at 6:00 PM via Zoom. She will be discussing South Asian food and its benefits while cooking daal, raita, and jeera rice.

Price: Students – $5/night, LVDA members – $10/night or $15/both, and Non-LVDA members- $15/night or $25/both

*Both nights include the South Asian Cuisine and Hispanic Cuisine!
