The “Hunger Garden” is located next to the Main State Capitol Building. It was started by the House Hunger Caucus.  Local members of the PA Legislative Hunger Caucus are Senators Argall, Boscola, Mensch, Rafferty and Schwank. Representatives include Caltagitone and Schweyer.
